At VapeXterea, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the order is delivered.
Return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

- The product must remain in its original packaging and condition.
- All original accessories, packaging, and included items must be returned.

3. Opened or Used Products
Due to health, hygiene, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements, opened, used, or activated vaping products and consumables may not be eligible for return or refund.
Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage are also not eligible for return.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, if requested
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
5. Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Original delivery or shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
6. Return Shipping
For customer-requested returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, VapeXterea will review the case and determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.
