VapeXterea currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates, subject to product availability, delivery restrictions, and applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Some locations or products may be subject to additional delivery restrictions.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders may be delayed if:

• Payment has not been confirmed.
• Additional information or age verification is required.
• The product is temporarily unavailable.
• The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
• Delivery is restricted by applicable law or regulations.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, courier delays, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

VapeXterea reserves the right to change delivery charges where necessary, subject to applicable law.

The delivery provider or VapeXterea may refuse delivery if the required age verification cannot be completed.

VapeXterea is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, refuses required age verification, or otherwise prevents delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the order to VapeXterea.

Additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact VapeXterea as soon as possible.

Where possible, take photographs of the package and product before opening or using the product.

If a product is damaged or defective, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

9. Missing or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your order appears to be missing an item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Delivery Restrictions

VapeXterea may refuse or cancel delivery where the sale, transportation, possession, or delivery of a product is restricted or prohibited by applicable UAE laws, regulations, licensing requirements, or directions from competent authorities.

11. Delays

VapeXterea is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, public emergencies, technical issues, or regulatory restrictions.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.

12. Order Cancellation

If an order has not yet been dispatched, customers may contact VapeXterea to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
